She is always very attentive and listens to all of my concerns and takes time to explain the thoughts behind her recommendations.The staff is always quick to respond as well. I often will send a message in the evening and always have a response first thing in the morning. And they are usually able to get Hamburger in within a matter of days, if needed. They are also open to trying to solve problems without a visit if necessary, which I definitely appreciate.
