Our COVID-19 Protocols for Pet Owners
In an effort to reduce the chances of spreading COVID-19, while still giving your pets the care they deserve, our practice will be returning to Curbside care only appointments as of 1/3/2021.
We also ask that you please refrain from entering the lobby for check-ins, pick-ups and payments. We always have the option of storing payment on our file for contactless check out.
HERE ARE THE STEPS WE NEED YOU TO FOLLOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH US:
1. If You are Sick, Please Reschedule
For your well-being and that of others, please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms. In the case of a pet emergency, please call our hospital so we can help you figure out how to handle the situation in the safest and quickest way possible.
2. Please Wear a Mask
We ask that you please wear a mask at all times when interacting with our team members during curbside appointments, regardless of vaccination status.
3. Call Us or Text from Outside
Once you arrive at our animal hospital, please call our front desk from within your vehicle and our team will provide you with further instructions. We will be right out to bring your pet inside for their appointment. If you're seeing us for a food or prescription pick-up, we will bring your items directly out to you. 4. Help Us Stop the Spread of Harmful Germs
Please avoid handshakes or hugs with our team members--we know you love them, and we love you too! However, we want to do our best to make sure everyone stays as healthy as possible during these times. Our team members will all be wearing gloves as they collect your pet and gather any paperwork or payment info.
